August 2007: Merger to Flagbit GmbH & Co. KG

The Flagbit GmbH as well as the G+T IT-Solutions GbR experienced their personal limits, due to rising client requests. The attempts to reinforce the particular companies with new staff failed, because of lacking options.

Since they have already worked on projects together before, both considered a twinning rather quickly. The potential to complete one another and to take advantage of miscellaneous synergies were determining to make common cause and to merge both companies to a new GmbH & Co. KG. The new company's head quarters are located in Karlsruhe.
